Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"One of my favorite places to eat in Ubud! I eat mostly vegetarian there, so I don’t rate the meat dishes. I LOVE their veggie dishes…. Especially the potato balls, the flavors remind me of my original home Had fish before which was excellent. Staff is excellent! I am always super happy to see the girls! Price is good. It may slightly vary. It’s right next to one of the main roads, so expect street noise, don’t let it bother you ;-) enjoy the excellent food and nice people to share meals with."
"Think country buffet Java Indonesian style. They serve you with kindness and a smile. You’re HUNGRY. Come here. You get a good serving. Gestures worked. (sorry still learning)."
"Great food. Especially delicious green veggies and sambal for excellent value"
"This place has good food and it's relatively cheap as well. If you're in the area for Outpost or Ubud Yoga center and want some quick affordable lunch close by, this is a good place to go. However, the pricing is dependent on who serves you and can range up to 1.5 times the price I'd pay for the same food on other days. It's still very cheap (~$1.50 for a full meal) and you can nod it off as a "tourist tax", but there's a fresher and firmly priced cheap Padang place relatively close by, opposite the nearest gas station if you follow the road towards the East."
"Best nasi Padang I could find. I have never gone back to another place after tasting theirs. The Rendang sapi is particularly tasty"
"Makanannya enak. Jarang sekali saya doyan naspad, tapi yg ini enak beneran. Semoga halal ya. Tapi kok kayaknya harganya beda setiap orang. Kenapa begitu? Ada yg lebih banyak porsi & lauknya bayarnya ga seperti saya yg cuma ayam sayur, tambahannya pake terong. dan sepertinya ada juga yg komen tentang harga kok bisa beda2? Sebaiknya jujurlah dalam berdagang."
"Hanya sekedar cari makanan yg enak di Lidah, Disini, semuanya enak Harga standard"
"Makananya enak, penjualnya ramah,,di jamin gak bakal nyeselltempatnya sederhana"
